What data we process

• Details you give us through the contact form: title, first name, last name, email address, phone number, the apartment you are interested in and your message.
• Your IP address is transmitted to our customer management system together with the enquiry and used there to prevent abuse (limiting the number of enquiries).
• Technical data generated when the website is accessed (e.g. IP address, date and time, browser type), as far as the platform operator stores it in server log files: add operator and location.

Purpose and disclosure

We use your details solely to process your enquiry, to send you documents about the project and to contact you in connection with the sale of the apartments. The details are stored in our customer management system (Adibilis Core): add provider, place of processing and retention period.

Cookies and embedded services

This website sets no cookies and embeds no third-party services. Fonts and program libraries are hosted on our own server; images and plans are loaded from our customer management system. For the length of your visit, your browser (session storage) remembers which apartment you last opened in the apartment finder, so that going back lands you there again. This information never leaves your browser.

Your rights

You may at any time request information about the data stored about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Please contact the address given above. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies and, where applicable, the GDPR.
